1. Application
1.1 All applicants must be over 18 years of age to place a bet/wager or register with Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd. PGBL reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and suspend their account until satisfactory documentation is provided. 1.4 Customers may open only one account. Should we identify any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account.
1.5 Customers must keep their registration and account details up to date. This, and your account information, may be amended at PGBL head offices.
2. Account Details
2.1 PGBL allocates all its customers with an account number and an initial pin number, after initial login the customer is free to change the pre-allocated pin number online. Customers must keep this information secret and confidential, as you are responsible for all bets/wagers placed on your account and any other activities taking place on your account.
2.2 Bets will stand if your account and pin number have been entered correctly (whether or not authorized by you), subject to there being sufficient funds in the account.
2.3 If, at any time, you feel a third party is aware of your user name and/or password you should change it immediately via the Website. Should you forget part or all of your combination, please contact us at (242) 325-4201.
2.4 Please note that cardholder details and any other sensitive data should never be sent to us by unencrypted email.
2.5 The current balance and transaction history of your account may be viewed at any time once you have logged into your account on the Website.
3. Personal Details

4. Suspension and Closure
4.1 If you want to close your account, please call or come into PGBL. Any balance will immediately be settled.
4.2 PGBL reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time and for any reason. Without limiting the preceding sentence, PGBL shall be entitled to close or suspend your account if:
(a) You become bankrupt;
(b) PGBL considers that you have used the Website in a fraudulent manner or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes;
(c) PGBL considers that you have used the Website in an unfair manner or have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of PGBL or any of its customers;
(d) PGBL is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court;
(e) PGBL considers that any of the events referred to in (a) to (c) above may have occurred or are likely to occur; or
(f) Your account is deemed to be dormant and its balance is, or reaches zero in accordance with paragraph b.5.1 below.
4.3 If PGBL closes or suspends your account for any of the reasons referred to in (a) to (e) above,

5. Dormant Accounts
5.1 PGBL will apply an Administration Fee to all accounts that have been 'inactive' for a consecutive period of at least 180 days. An account is deemed 'inactive' if none of the following occur: (i) a successful deposit; (ii) a sports or financials bet is placed; (iii) participation in any casino, poker, games or bingo product.
(a) If your account remains inactive for 180 days and has a zero balance, it will be closed with no fee.
(b) If your account has a positive balance, PGBL will attempt to notify you.
(c) If still dormant after 28 days, a monthly Administration Fee of $5 or 5% of the balance (whichever is greater) will be deducted.
(d) Fees will continue every 28 days until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
5.2 You can reactivate your account by: (i) making a deposit; (ii) placing a bet; or (iii) participating in any gaming product.

1. Placing Bets/Wagers
1.1 Paradise Games Bahamas Ltd reserves the right to decline all, or part, of any bet/wager requested at its sole and absolute discretion. All bets/wagers are placed at your own risk and discretion.

6. Errors
6.1 PGBL is not liable for errors in bets or wagers including incorrect odds, accepting bets on closed markets, miscalculations, or RNG/pay table issues.
6.2 Incorrect Price – Bets will be settled at the revised price. PGBL may contact customers and offer cancellation.
6.3 Incorrect Count/Line/Spread/Handicap/Total – Bets will be settled at the revised value unless:
- The outcome was already known
- There was an obvious mistake or transposition
6.5 PGBL may contact customers and offer cancellation if time permits.
6.6 Incorrect Fixture – Bets will be void if the wrong player/team is quoted.
6.7 Wrong Participant – Bets on incorrect participants will be void at PGBL’s discretion.
6.8 Late Bets – If accepted after an event starts:
- If covered In-Play, bets stand at revised price unless outcome is known
